Roll Over With Injuries On Mine Road
October 31st
01:51 hours Rescue 2 was dispatched for a MVA roll over with injuries on Mine Road. Rescue 2 arrived on scene and assisted with extraction of driver through front windshield. Extraction time was 5 minutes. Rescue 2 was placed in service by command 3 and box was in service at 03:59.

CO#1 KITCHEN FIRE
October 27th
11:39 hours Engine 2 arrived on scene, man power to investigate the oven to ensure fire was out. Crews set up a PPV fan at front door and removed the light smoke condition. Command 1 then placed engine 2 in service.

WORKING VEHICLE FIRE
October 26th
21:46 hours Chief 2 arrived on scene to found a working engine compartment fire.
Engine 2 arrived on scene under command of Assist 2-1 Bill Rhoads. Engine crew was to pull 2 1 3/4" hand lines and attack the fire. Fire was knock down very quickly, Tanker 2 arrived on scene and staged behind Engine 2 just in case they would need more water. Chief 2 placed the Box in service at 22:42 Hours

ACCIDENT WITH ENTRAPMENT
October 22nd
12:44 hours Rescue 2 arrived on scene under the command of Assist 2-1 Bill Rhoads. Crews removed the drivers door and roof to get to the patient. Extrication time was 20 minutes.
Crews from Engine 1-1 and Rescue 5 were also on scene to assist.
Crews did a great job, This was (New) Rescue 2's first pin job.

CO#1 STRUCTURE FIRE
October 14th
19:37 hours Engine 2 arrived on scene under the command of Chief 2 Bill Jurell, our assignment was to stage at Long's and send man power to the scene to assist. Tanker 2 arrived on scene under the command of Assist 2-1 Bill Rhoads, our assignment was to supply Wagon 1 with a 5" supply line. We used about 500 gallons of water. After everything was cleaned up Co#2 units returned to quarters.

CO#1 OPEN HOUSE
October 11th
This evening members took the new rescue and fire safety trailer to Co#1 (Palmyra) for their annual open house. Thanks to Co#1 for the invite.

CREWS ATTEND PALMYRA HIGH SCHOOL BON FIRE
October 11th
Engine 2-1, Tanker 2-1 attended Palmyra Bon Fire under the command of LT. 2-1 Travis Haak. Crew stood by until the program was over, crews extinguished the pile and returned to quarters.

CO#1 VEHICLE FIRE
October 9th
11:01 hours Engine 2 arrived on scene under the Command of Assist 2 Jeff Henry, our assignment was to stage behind Engine 1-1 and man power to the scene and assist with pulling apart the straw bales so we could extinguish the hot spots. We also hosed down the truck. Command 1 then released us and we returned to quarters.

FIRE PREVENTION / OPEN HOUSE
October 8th
Today crews were busy cleaning up and preparing for open house. Thanks to everyone for helping make this open house possible.

VEHICLE INTO A STRUCTURE
October 2nd
18:51 hours Co#2 was dispatched for a vehicle into a structure at 2900 Horseshoe Pike(A & M Pizza)
Chief 2 arrived on scene and set up Horseshoe Pike Command.
Engine 2-1 arrived on scene with an assignment to remove the rear door and assist in removing the patient. Engine 1-1 (Palmyra) arrived on scene and assisted with stabilization and checking out the building. Rescue 48 (Hershey) staged in front of Engine 2-1. Crew held at Engine 2-1. Rescue 5 (Annville)staged in Turkey Hill Parking lot, along with Attack 3 (Lawn).
Crew then assisted in cleaning up the building of glass, after vehicle was removed Command placed the Box in service.
