Be sure to stop by Subway at the Hershey Outlets on any Thursday and mention the Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company and 40% of your order will go to our Volunteer Fire Co.
Training this evening was snowy "run in's". First scenario was smoke from a garage in a housing development. Engine pulled a 150 ft handline. Second scenario was smoke from a barn, Engine 2 laid 500 feet of 5 inch line and pulled a 300 ft handline. Tanker 2 supplied. The third scenario was a man trapped under a car, Rescue 2 lifted the car with the spreaders to extricate the victim. Three run in's on a night we usually stay inside. Good practice for the crew.
12:00 The Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company greatly thanks the Lebanon Valley Bible Churches Sunday School for the wonderful luncheon that they held for us and the South Londonderry Township Police Department.
