At 16:58 Rescue 2 with 6 (Safety Ed) was dispatched to a non injury MVA at Forge and Hinkle. Crews did basic vehicle ops and cleaned up antifreeze. Rescue 2 in service 50 minutes.
Engine 2 with 6 (Safety Ed) was dispatched to an auto alarm to assist Lawn (3). Units arrived to find a maintenance problem. Crews were in service 35 minutes.
Training this evening kept with the theme of vehicle rescue. Crews went over more complicated stabilization.
Station 2 was dispatched for the first of three accidents today on Forge and Airport. Rescue 2 with 6 (Safety Ed) arrived and did basic vehicle ops. Chief 2 (Ba Sell) held the call to Rescue 2.
At 18:40 Station 2 was dispatched to an accident on Horseshoe Pike. Rescue 2 with 5 (FF Valentin) responded and did basic vehicle ops. Special Unit 2 (FP D.Darkes) responded as Fire Police and shut down the roadway. Chief 2 (Ba Sell) held the call to Rescue 2. Crews were in service 40 minutes.

The Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company is having an ALL U CAN EAT SPAGHETTI DINNER Saturday June 24th. Hours - 4 PM - 7 PM. Cost - Adults - $7.00, Kids (6-12) $3.50, Kids under 5 years of age FREE. Price includes AYCE spaghetti, salad, bread, dessert, beverage. Come out for a great meal and support the fire company!
The hose reels were removed from Tanker 2. If any department or person is interested in buying the reels contact the Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company.
Station 2 was dispatched to a brush fire on Bell Road. Engine 2 with 4 (FF Valentin) and Deputy 2 (BR Sell) responded within 2 minutes, and Tanker 2 with 2 (Safety Ed) followed. Crews found railroad ties on fire. crews were out 35 minutes.
Tanker 2 is back in service after getting the tank replaced. While that was being done the hose reels were removed and cross lays installed. The side dumps were upgraded to a two part dump system and chevrons added to the rear of the vehicle.
Training this evening was to continue with a more complicated stabilization and cutting 1 car. Thanks to H J Towing for the wrecker assist.
Engine 2 assisted the Campbelltown American Legion with their Flag Retirement Ceremony. Thank You for the honor, letting us assist.
